VEHICLE STORAGE SERVICES - TERMS & CONDITIONS.

These Terms and Conditions ("T's & C's") govern the use of our car storage services. By storing your vehicle with Carcopia Ltd, you agree to these terms in full.

1. PAYMENT OPTIONS.

  • All payments must be made in advance of the storage period. 
  • We offer flexible payment options including weekly direct debits and one-off bulk payments for long-term storage. 
  • Payment plans are customisable based on your storage needs. Please contact us to discuss a solution that works best for you 

2. STORAGE OF VEHICLES AND OTHER ITEMS.

  •  Our facility is equipped to store a range of vehicles including cars, buses, and specialist vehicles.  
  •  If you have a unique or specialist vehicle, please contact us prior to storage to ensure we can accommodate your requirements.
  •  We do not store items other than vehicles unless specifically agreed upon in writing.  

3. TYPES OF STORAGE.

We offer three categories to suit your specific needs. Please select your tier upon signing:


  • Rolling Plan:  Secure, weatherproof, and temperature-controlled indoor storage. Includes a pre-storage vehicle prep and standard daily facility monitoring.
  • Standard Care:  Includes all Basic features, plus a tailored indoor cover for extra protection, a battery conditioner hook-up, and monthly tyre pressure monitoring.
  • Premium Care:  Our highest tier. Includes all Premium features, plus regular scheduled engine run-ups to operating temperature, vehicle run-outs/rolling (to prevent flat spots), and access to a live, dedicated 24/7 CCTV feed directly to your device. 

4. CONTRACT DURATION.

  • Storage is available on a weekly basis with a minimum commitment of two (2) weeks.  
  • No long-term contracts or tie-ins are required.  
  • For long-term storage, payments can be made weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually. 
  • A 28-day notice period is required to end any long-term storage agreement.  

5. ACCESS TO YOUR VEHICLE

  • You may access your vehicle at any time by appointment. Appointments can be made via our website, email, or WhatsApp.
  • Should you wish to remove your vehicle for a drive or an extended period, we request 48 hours' notice via email, WhatsApp, or the contact form on our website. 

6. VEHICLE INSURANCE

  • Carcopia Ltd will only provide liability insurance to cover your vehicle against any accidental damage caused by Carcopia Ltd staff while it is within our storage facility.
  • We will also provide insurance cover for any transportation instructed by you, either to or from the Carcopia Ltd storage facility. 
  • We do not provide fully comprehensive insurance against total loss, theft, or damage caused by fire, flood, or other incidents not listed within our liability cover. (A copy of this cover can be made available on request). 
  • Additional insurance coverage may be available at an extra charge, subject to specific terms and conditions. 
  • All vehicles taken into a Carcopia Ltd storage facility should have a fully comprehensive insurance policy in place, and it is your responsibility to inform your insurance provider of your vehicle's storage location.

7. VEHICLE MAINTENANCE DURING STORAGE.

  • Our facility is weatherproof and temperature-controlled to protect your vehicle's engine, paintwork, and overall condition during long-term storage. 
  • We prep all vehicles prior to storage and offer tailored indoor covers to provide extra protection. 
  • Additional maintenance services are available, including battery conditioners, temperature run-ups, and tire pressure monitoring to keep vehicles in prime condition. 
  • For specialist maintenance needs, please contact us to arrange suitable provisions, including run-outs or other specific requests. 

8. SECURITY MEASURES.

  • Our storage facility is fully secured with a 1km unmarked access road, dual security gates, and double locks at the entrance. 
  • The facility is monitored 24/7 with CCTV, and we can arrange for a live CCTV feed directly to your device for added peace of mind. 
  • Our facility is not visible from any major roads, and its location is not listed on major search engines. 
  • Physical on-site monitoring is conducted daily by our staff, ensuring continuous surveillance.

9 . LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.

  • While we take all precautions to protect your vehicle, Carcopia Ltd shall not be held liable for any loss or damage beyond what is covered by our liability insurance. 
  • Any damage not caused by our negligence or breach of duty will remain the responsibility of the vehicle owner.

10. TERMINATION AND NOTICE.

  • To terminate storage services for our "Standard Care" & "Premium Care" packages, a minimum of 28 days' notice must be given. 
  • Upon termination, any outstanding payments must be settled before the vehicle is released from storage.
