We operate strictly by appointment to maintain security. Ideally, we'd request 48 hours’ notice for any vehicle collections or drop-offs, This gives our team enough time to perform your pre-collection checks, verify tyre pressures, remove the car cover, and ensure it is sitting ready for you to drive away.
Yes, absolutely. We designed our facility threshold to be completely flat. There are no awkward approach angles, steep ramps, or bumps to navigate, making it perfectly safe for ultra-low supercars, race cars, and modified vehicles.
Every vehicle under our roof is connected to a dedicated smart battery charger for the duration of its stay. These intelligent chargers safely maintain optimum battery health without any risk of overcharging or damaging complex modern electronics.
While your vehicle is housed within our facility, it is advised to contact your insurance provider to notify them that the vehicle is stored with us. Our policy provides cover for fire, theft, and accidental damage whilst in our care. Our facility carries comprehensive business liabilities for operational handling.

1. Initial Introductions and arrangements
Upon contact we will discuss the preferred package options and costs, we will then request information relating to the vehicle to be stored, along with some personal details to create a portfolio.. Once we have all of the relevant information, a collection via our transport service or personal delivery to our storage facility will be arranged.
2. Vehicle Handover
A documented inspection, with pictures will be carried out. This will be shared with the owner and will ensure both parties have an accurate assessment of the vehicle for each time it arrives in our custody.
Your vehicle will be prepared for storage. The level of preparation will be dependent on the level of storage you have opted or special instructions given, All vehicles will be given a car seat cover, paper floor mat and tyre pressure check but can extend to a comprehensive check over and exterior/ interior detail.
